Canopy dining

met up with the girls for lunch on a lazy sunday!

Heard about this restaurant from a celebrity's blog so we decided to check out this place after realising that both cafes we wanted to go were closed on that day. :(

Carol picked us up from the station and it wasn't inaccessible as i thought it was.

A pretty relaxing restaurant nestled in the lush greenery, you would have missed it if you didn't look closely. It's good for those afternoon teas, or catch up with friends or even brunch. they have a variety of items for you to choose from which some looks yum to me.

We decided to dine indoor as the weather was scorching hot that day. Otherwise al fresco on a cooling day will do the trick for me. We all agreed that al fresco will be a better choice if the weather will be kinder to us.

The food wasn't exactly yum. Didn't have too high expectations of the food cus the reviews on HGW wasn't that positive but the service was good.

After lunch, we headed outdoor to chill and camwhore and explored the place abit.

and then Carol drop us at AMK to get our KOI cravings satisfied! :)

Shopped awhile with Kelly and bought a few stuff! Now i wouldn't be so money-conscious about getting stuff i like! HAHA.

That aside, work has been quite hectic for me from the first day i joined. Within a week, i have clocked in 13 hours of OT & just Thursday, i left my office at 10pm! Have been lunching in & rushing against time. Hopefully the start of next month will be better.

Am still getting used to the jobscope and hope that work will go smoothly for me next week onwards.
