happy 2009!!

Happy new year everyone! so how's did u earthlings spend this day?
work ended early today. supposedly meant to be a half day. news was spreading that we can go off at 1pm but we received the confirmed message only when we came back from lunch. shud had jus skip lunch and go off early. in the end we left abt 4pm cus got to clear our work first.

i went home after that and meet pris for dinner at PS HK cafe and we walked arnd the mall before heading to clarke quay to meet lilian and the guys plus 2 girls from the dance school which i only met them like once? hahaa, but we hit on qte well though. crapping and all. lol. wanted to go the new club which took over MOS but we got a message from lilian later on that they were at a club called REBEL alrdy. and we had a hard time finding that place cus it was so crowded that night, packed with tons of pple plus the place is alrdy confusing enough to make me get lost each time i went there. hahha. and i look like such a noob there cus i forgotten that they don allow pple to bring drinks in and i stupidly went to buy a bottled mineral water earlier on cus i was afraid that i might get thirsty later and i bought a box of biscuit also. omg, it was embarrasing when the bouncer checked my bag and told me that i'm not supposed to bring those in and asked if i wanted him to throw or he can keep it for me. so paiseh la. lol. HAHAHA.
and the crowd started coming in at abt 11plus when we were all getting hyped up for the countdown. we practically had to squeeze past those pple to get to the dance floor. the dance floor was packed like sardines la!

YOOHOO, few mins before the clock strike twelve,the club started to get really wild and high for the countdown! pris got hit on by 2 guys. LOL, one guy pulled her hand while giving her some sleazy smile. so disgusting lor. haha and the other one was holding her waist. and after that we saw one of the guys dancing with a girl over ther. but he wasnt dancing at all. he was jus holding the girl waist and giving that disgusting expression. Yucks!

after that we left the club at abt 2am and headed over to mac for supper cus pris was screaming for food. haha. lilian left with the guys cus she was feeling sleepy alrdy. so the four of us chilled out at mac until 4am den the two girls left for home and so pris and i went to find a place to chill to wait for morning so we can take the first bus/train home, but we couldnt find a place to sit so we headed down to chinatown. we found a seat and decided to chill there and chit chat. we sat ther for abt half an hr or so and then suddenly i saw a man standing at second floor and he was naked!!! but he covered the sensitive part with his hands. i was so shocked that i started telling pris;

"eh pris, you look, someone never wear clothes leh!"

"huh is it? where?"

" you look up, second floor"

"oh my god!"

"eh pris, u see, he is peeking at us leh!"

i didnt know the guy did it on purpose cus i thought he was jus talking a walk and lazy to put on his clothes since there wont be anyone up in the wee hour. and if he wan to flash, why on earth would he want to cover up right?den he hide behind the stairs and stuck his head out,twice!!!! and suddenly he came out from where he was hiding and faced us like he did earlier on. and this time we totally freaked out and ran off to my bus stop. pris was on the verge of breaking down. and i had to keep on consoling her even though i was feeling the goosepimples all over me too! the guy really have the audacity to do that when there is like an uncle sitting behind us! ohmycow, our luck to bump into this kind of thing on the first day of the new year. earlier on, pris was telling us that this yr the dragons have to go and pray cus we fan tai shui. really spot on lor! and pris don dare to head back there to take train. i guess she was really traumatized, though i was too. but i think it hit her harder. she was at a lost, dunno what to do. so i suggested that we walked back to clarke quay and she can take her train and i can take my bus there.

what an experience. i cannot tell you hw scared we were at that point in time and i was still a lil bit in dazed when i got home. i told my mum abt it later on cus i need to let it off and i was so afraid i might get a lashing from her but surprisingly, she didn't. she was telling me i should scream and wake the entire neighbourhood up. LOL. but tell me, who will be in the right mind to do that upon seeing such an ungraceful scene right.

and now 2009 doesnt sound that appealing to me anymore. :(
